Founder
I'm Roberto Ballester, also known as #Apex. With over 12 years of experience as an Electronics and Software Engineer, my expertise lies in the design and development of products such as surgical robotics, smart devices, and applications. I have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for airsoft, which has led me to create innovative solutions in this exciting field.
My Journey into Airsoft:
My path into airsoft started unexpectedly. While working in robotics and smart devices, I attended a tech expo and came across an airsoft event. I quickly recognized the potential to combine my expertise in electronics and software with the game’s focus on strategy and teamwork.
Seeing an opportunity to contribute something new, I founded Trilogy Force with the goal of advancing airsoft through technology.

My name is Juan Fossi, I'm 35 years old, and I'm a man characterized by my passion for extreme sports, survival, weapons, and military tactics. Additionally, I greatly enjoy spending time in nature and the outdoors.
All these experiences have allowed me to develop physical and mental skills that have been valuable for my personal and professional growth. I have learned about discipline, strategy, and teamwork.
In conclusion, I can say that I am an entrepreneurial, passionate, and hardworking person who enjoys challenges and new experiences. My life has been a constant training, helping me to develop both as a man and as a father. I am proud of what I have achieved and excited to see what more I can accomplish in the future.
